Temper Trap

This video is the video for Temper Trap's song "Sweet Disposition".
It has a real sparkly look to it with a very pure and Haunting sound. They're like Bloc Party but without all that suck.

I like your description of Bloc Party minus suck. Apt. They sound like the kind of band I would want to be in. I love the epic build-up. Also, the drum beat for most of the song (from ~1:30 on) is the same as MSTRKRFT's DANCE, what? It's a neat one.

forgot i could just edit my last post.

anyway, first off, i completely disagree with both of you denegrating Bloc Party. mike the philosophy minor says "you guys are using an ad hoc fallacy". bloc party may have some pretty silly lyrics now and then ("For my sweetheart the melancholic/You have crossed the river Styx" off Intimacy), but they go outside of the box a lot for their sound, and still come off good. too many bands these days stick to the regular formula.

that being said, i do like this song. the intro riff sounds a LOT like "basement ghost singing" from Armor For Sleep, but obviously gets a lot less emo once the drums kick in. prolly check out more of these guys.
